The Forrester Wave report authors evaluated the strengths and weaknesses of the top vendors against a comprehensive set of 35 criteria, covering strategy, current offerings, and market presence. In the survey, a growing number of decision-makers named mobile banking as one of the initial focal areas of transformation for their application landscape.
