Nucleus Software's consolidated revenue for the quarter ending December 31, 2009, is at

Rs. 84.24 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. With total expenses at
Rs. 56.23 crore in comparison to
Rs. 69.03 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year, the consolidated EBITDA is at
Rs. 12.24 crore in comparison to
Rs. 15.21 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Net Profit after tax (PAT) is at
Rs. 9.20 crore in comparison to
Rs. 10.55 crore for the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
