Banks can also take advantage of the growth in global trade and increase cross selling by providing customers a trade finance dashboard which provides online information on the corporates’ bank guarantees, shipping guarantees, letters of credit and bills etc.
Mr. Ravi Pratap Singh, Head - Global Product Management & Executive Director, Nucleus Software said, “Today not only are corporate customers expecting to transact and liaise with banks over digital platforms but many are willing to switch - and even pay a premium - to work with banks capable of delivering the type of integrated, omni-channel service they've grown accustomed to in other spheres. Building on our rapid release policy which is designed to quickly help our customers take advantage of emerging market opportunities, the latest version of FinnAxia enables banks to re-position themselves as customer-centric, digital enterprises and retain their position as their customers’ principal bank”.
