Delhi, February 8, 2022: Nucleus Software, the BSE & NSE listed, India’s leading provider of lending and transaction banking solutions to the global financial services industry, announced its financial results on February 7, 2022 for the quarter ended December 31, 2021. Reinforcing their commitment to drive the digital transformation of the BFSI industry, the company is continuing to invest heavily in talent and futuristic technologies to ensure long term growth.

Highlights of the Quarter Ended December 31st, 2021:
● Revenue at Rs.121.59 crores, -2% YoY
● Operating Margin at 4.43%; 0.34% QoQ, -16.64% YoY
● Net Income at Rs. 8.04 crores, -68% YoY | Net Margin at 6.6%
