A Journey of Purpose, Passion, and Perseverance

When I first walked through the doors of Nucleus Software as a BU Coordinator in GCSC (Global customer Success), I didn’t know where the road ahead would lead. All I had was a dream in my heart – to be part of something meaningful. Coming from a technical background, stepping into a software environment felt like a dream come true, but soon, the routine of my initial role left me yearning for more.

Thankfully, Nucleus is a place where dreams don’t just settle, they evolve.

The organization offered me the room to explore, grow, and challenge myself. I transitioned to the Quality team, where I deepened my product understanding. My prior experience in the banking industry, especially in lending, made it easier to relate to CAS, which opened the doors to the Testing department. Every step I took brought me closer to the work I truly wanted to do.

With time, I moved into Delivery Assurance, and soon after, found myself aligned with the GCSC PMO Team. But it was when I became part of the CAS Cluster vertical that I truly began living my aspiration – managing full-scale projects and working closely with Delivery Heads. It felt like the culmination of every lesson, every shift, every challenge.

I’ve always believed that in today’s VUCA world – Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous – continuous learning isn’t just important; it’s essential. That belief led me to earn my CSM and PMP certifications and to apply frameworks like the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle from LEAN training at Nucleus. Every learning opportunity here has not only refined my work but also shaped me as a person.

This organization has been my second home for nearly two decades. The support I received, the trust placed in me, and the opportunities extended have defined the person I am today. One of the proudest moments in my journey was winning the Service Excellence Award three years in a row – a testament to the passion and dedication I carry in everything I do.

But what truly touches the heart are those personal, unforgettable moments: like when our MD & Co-founder, Vishnu R. Dusad, greeted me by name in front of a visiting friend. That moment – so simple, yet so powerful – made me proud to be a part of a company where every individual is seen, known, and valued.

Another cherished memory was being personally requested to travel onsite by a key stakeholder during the DIB (Dubai Islamic Bank) project. Or the joy of celebrating wins at milestone events and the warmth of Radisson family dinners – moments where work felt like family, and achievements were shared with loved ones.

Starting as a fresher and gradually growing into a project management role, this journey has been nothing short of transformational. I’ve had the opportunity to expand my horizons across functions, guided by mentors who believed in me and surrounded by teammates who stood by me. The spirit of collaboration, the power of trust, and the culture of continuous growth at Nucleus – these are what make this journey truly special.
