Four Steps to accelerated Value


Our professional implementation team evaluates the most appropriate implementation approaches based on the customers’ needs. Customer requirements are determined and documented through a discovery-led approach. Key activities involved:

  • Scope of Work finalization

  • Schedule High Level Project Plan

In this phase, we define the detailed plan, in agreement with customers. Business Process Mapping is done to describe the processes in a consistent and a comprehensive way and value is mapped with the solution to deliver the product. Key activities involved:
