Nucleus’ advanced IECT methodology offers customers the ‘best of breed’ capabilities on software development lifecycle. Nucleus has elaborate processes towards project development, requirements gathering, configuration management, change request management, project tracking, etc.


BundleONE is a Nucleus framework for enterprise outsourcing program for IT applications within a customer landscape. The outsourcing approach that the framework offers covers each phase starting from knowledge acquisition, development, testing, roll-out to production support with entry, task, exit and deliverables criteria.  

Nucleus’ Shared Services Framework is a robust framework for providing application support and maintenances on multiple mission critical applications. The framework also allows for support to be rendered from onsite, near-shore and offshore locations and is available for application development, ongoing enhancements and maintenance & support.

Nucleus has built solution framework for imaging and workflow solutions that can be implemented with minimum customization and with a very quick go-to-market for customers.

Data Feed Manager is a solution framework that allows connecting to various enterprise applications and receiving data feeds from these applications, and using the same for further analysis. The DFM also offers customers a quicker GTM on large scale integration projects.

As part of the IECT Methodology, Nucleus also offers various checklists and health indicators for projects that would be used for all large scale development projects, handling change requests that come up during a project, minor enhancements and to handle bug fixes & issues.


Financial Services Capabilities

Nucleus has built a strong specialization in specific areas within the banking domain. Across the consumer, corporate and investment banking business, Nucleus’ has aligned development teams, business experts and testing & QA teams on these dimensions.

This has in turn led to various solution frameworks that have been built over the years, acquired from projects executed for leading banks world-wide. Frameworks are available for central risk exposure tracking, intelligent monitoring systems, data feed management, pricing engines, transaction gateways and integration engines.

Nucleus has implemented large scale projects for customers in the financial services arena be it an imaging and workflow solution on a leading content management solution, migrated legacy reports onto a leading 3rd party data warehousing solution, or solution frameworks on leading EAI / middle-ware technology platforms.
