Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage multiple projects
- Responsible for entire SDLC
- Effectively plan, schedule and monitor the assigned projects
- Understand customer requirements and ensure timely preparation of detailed SRS, project management and configuration management plans
- Ensure effective designing, implementation, testing and documentation

Candidate Profile

- BE/BTech from premier institutes (IIT/REC only) with 7 to 10 years of experience in IT/software development

- Should have strong hold on any of the following technical skill set
- Oracle (PL/SQL, D2K)

Key Responsibilities

- System study and System Analysis, requirement engineering.
- Assist project manager in developing realistic action plans with time schedules, critical dates, resource and cost estimates.
- Ensure optimal utilization of allocated resources.
- Foresee issues/risks and take corrective measures

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have at least 2 years as Team Leader and managed teams of at least 6-10 members

- BE/BTech/MCA with 5 – 8 yrs of experience in the following technologies
Java/J2EE
- In-depth experience in designing J2EE based technical architecture solutions This would include database design and application programming
- Exposure to middleware, messaging components like WMB and IBM-MQ series
- Expertise in JSP, Servlets. EJB & Struts preferably using Eclipse IDE
- Exposure to JSF framework will be an added advantage
Oracle/D2K/ PL/SQL
- In depth experience in Oracle back end programming and performance tuning (versions 9i and 10g)
