Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

 
  • Lead and manage multiple projects
  • Responsible for entire SDLC
  • Effectively plan, schedule and monitor the assigned projects
  • Understand customer requirements and ensure timely preparation of detailed SRS, project management and configuration management plans
  • Ensure effective designing, implementation, testing and documentation
  • Monitor the progress of projects involving review of all deliverables, slippages, defects, cost, efforts etc and taking appropriate corrective and preventive measures, if required Periodically present project status report to the senior levels

Candidate Profile

 
  • BE/BTech from premier institutes (IIT/REC only) with 7 to 10 years of experience in IT/software development
  • Preferably having MBA from a premier institute or PMP certification from PMI
  • Must have at least 2 years as Project Leader/Manager and managed big projects with team of at least 15-20 members
  • Should have strong hold on any of the following technical skill set
    • Oracle (PL/SQL, D2K)

Senior Systems Analyst/ Systems Analyst

Key Responsibilities

 
  • System study and System Analysis, requirement engineering.
  • Assist project manager in developing realistic action plans with time schedules, critical dates, resource and cost estimates.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of allocated resources.
  • Foresee issues/risks and take corrective measures
  • Carry out detailed system analysis in consultation with the concerned project manager
  • Ensure effective database and system designing after evaluating alternative design options               
  • Ensure effective coding - in adherence to the coding standards

Java/J2EE
