Nucleus Software being the Premier Business Partner of IBM has been always committed and dedicated towards joint expedition of success for its partnership with IBM. In lieu of this both Nucleus and IBM have been jointly organizing Lead Generation Events in different geographies regularly. In continuation of that Nucleus and IBM recently organized a similar Lead Generation Event in Mumbai on June 6, 20067

The event layout was designed to highlight two new modules of FinnOne Suite of Nucleus including – FinnOne™ CAS –Corporate-SME and FinnOne™ Forecaster. The theme of the event was to introduce solutions to tackle challenges posing in front of the Banking Industry for offering loans to the SME sector in India. The event was organized in Hotel Lands End, Bandra. A good turnout of 37 people from the Financial Hub of India made this event a grand success for the hosts. The target audience for the event included high profile bankers i.e CEOs, CTOs, CIOs etc. The guests represented top banks of India including, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, SBI, IndusInd Bank, UTI Bank, Bank of India, Centurion Bank, Kotak Finance, L&T Finance Ltd.etc.

Nucleus was represented by Mr. Niraj Vedwa – Head Global Sales and Marketing, Mr. and Mr. Prakash Pai – Head Product Management Group. We also had a guest speaker Prof Chandrashekhar to speak on FinnOne™ Forecaster. IBM was represented by Mr. Alladin.

The event was started by an introduction by Mr. Vishal Pruthi followed by product presentation from Nucleus given by Mr. Prakash Pai, who gave a good insight into the Nucleus's solutions for Banks to lend to Corporate SME sector in India. It was followed by an session on FinnOne™ Forecaster by Prof Chandrashekhar and IBM Technology review by Mr. Alladin from IBM.

Post the formal presentation there was an informal session, which allowed both hosts and guests to interact personally and map strategies of future. The success of this event has opened the roads for many more similar joint marketing initiatives by Nucleus and IBM in different geographies.
