Designation: Regional Sales Manager
Function:                                                                      Sales/Account Management

Level: Manager/ Sr. Manager

Reporting to: SBU Head

Key Requirements:
  • Incumbent should have experience in Direct Sales and handling large key accounts preferably in the banking/ financial product domain for US/UK/LATAM/Europe/Dubai/Russia.
  • Exposure to Relevant Market.
  • Should be willing to travel.

Critical Success Factors: Exp: 6-10 yrs

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Business Development
    • Assist Sales Head in developing and executing business development strategy and plan, both short and long range, to ensure achievement of company sales targets, growth in profits and expansion of company services
    • Ability to handle large Accounts
    • Achieve revenue and contribution targets, build credibility in the market & gain market share
    • Identify & generate business from new accounts, enhance business from existing accounts
    • Identify potential market segments/verticals
    • Ensure target achievement of team members from different product & geographic domains
    • Ensure timely collection of payment as per agreed terms with the customer
  2. Customer Satisfaction
    • Assess, meet and exceed customer expectations
    • Regularly interact with customers and develop excellent & long-term relationships with them
    • Build and maintain excellent and long-term relationships with customers.

Competencies:
  • Should be sales professional with relevant experience in customised software solutions, Logical and analytical approach to problem solving.
  • Should have a thorough understanding / appreciation of software service business
  • Should have global market intelligence, knowledge of competitors’ products and future business plans, Good Communication, leadership and Inter-personal Skills.
  • Should possess good account management, communication and selling skills
  • Should be highly motivated and target oriented.
  • Exposure to BFSI Domain.

Designation: Business Analyst/ Sr. Business Analyst
Function:                                                               Cash@will/ Product Management Group

Level: Manager/ Sr. Manager

Reporting to: PMG Head

Key Requirements:
  • Knowledge in the Banking domain is desired.
  • Strong knowledge of Collections/ Payments / Liquidity Management/ Trade Finance/Supply Chain.
  • Knowledge of products (Cash@Will, Cash in) will be an added advantage.
  • Should have worked successfully at a senior level within an organization and be able to demonstrate success at developing successful working relationships at a senior level internally and externally. Well developed influencing skills.
  • Good presentation skills – to individuals and groups informally and formally.
  • Able to analyse and interpret complex information and communicate effectively to others.
  • Requirement gathering, gap analysis and ability to define & modify functional requirements will form part of the job portfolio.
  • Incumbent should possess excellent communication skills and should be willing to travel extensively.
  

Critical Success Factors:

Experience: 5+ yrs

Qualification: Any graduate with preferably an MBA degree
