For Engineering Graduates
Engineering/MCA/BCA graduates from Campuses join Nucleus Software as Project Interns (PI).They are required to demonstrate strong technical skills in due course of their training. The Project Interns undergo a training Programme known as SOUL (Self Driven-On the Job-Unique Learning). On successful completion of this programme, they are certified to work on live projects as Software Engineer Trainees (SET’s).
For Management Graduates
Management Graduates from Campuses join Nucleus Software as Management Trainees (MT).
They are required to demonstrate strong written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills. Management Graduates take on roles to deliver the responsibilities in several functions such as Finance, Marketing/ Sales, Product Management, Human Resource etc. |
