• A pre-placement talk with students helps them understand the organization
• Interested and eligible students can then appear for a written test
• All short listed candidates are taken for a Group Discussion
• This is followed by a technical/functional interview
• Those who clear the technical/functional interview will then go for HR interview
• Candidates / College TPO’s will be informed about the short listings at the end of the selection process
